The mission of cuttransfat.org is to encorage the voluntary elimination of all artificial trans fats by restaurants and others in the food industry.

This will be accomplished by providing informative articles and other information discussing the dangers posed by trans fats to increase awareness regarding the content of trans fats in our food products. In addition we will coordinate the compilation of a list of restaurants and others in the food industry that are committed to reducing and eliminating trans fats.
